Panel Discussion on "Locked Out" - Part III

The Virginia Film Festival was the setting for a panel discussion entitled "Locked Out: The Fall of massive resistance," a new public television documentary about the government's decision to close public schools in Virginia, instead of them to desegregate. The panel was Larry Sabato of the University of Virginia Center for Politics hosted and featured former Virginia Governor L. Douglas Wilder, director Mason Mills, and some of the students who are "locked" and will be featured in theFilm. The panel discussion was held following a theatrical premiere of the film on 7 November 2009. (Part 3 of 5 parts)
