How to Create a Family Command Center Binder

Today, do the families than ever before. We rush from one thing to another, juggling school, work, children, and perhaps even a social life (if we're lucky). Unfortunately, running at this pace can be hectic and stressful for all concerned. Parents, especially the right, problems of coordinating their children's sports practices, dance classes, and extracurricular activities. I want to say nothing of all the extra time for other activities not required in relation to children.

How do you organize your life, soYou can pull all your hair done without? The solution is a Family Command Center binder. The Family Command Center is essentially a notebook that can do everything you know about your family, including the following activities, emergency numbers, etc. It contains everything your family needs a central location so that everyone knows exactly see what's up with includes a specific time. The time allocated to this simple solution to help createYour stress and avoid unnecessary trouble and confusion.

For about $ 10 you can find a Family Command Center binder with basic items at your local office supply store. When you buy goods you already have at home, recycling, you are free to be able to your binder!

Here's what you need to get started:

Planner or a simple 3-ring binder. You can use a professionally designed system, such as those that use you may find in office supply stores, or a Level 3 - RingBinder notebook.
A set of tabbed dividers. Label each tab with the following proposed names (you can customize your labels to suit your family needs):

Master Calendar. For each family member, a record of all appointments for the months or weeks.
Emergency Contact List. List all of your emergency and frequently used phone numbers in this section.
Mom's name. Use this section to follow, notes, appointments to keep, appointments, and others make it necessary to know about mom.
Dad's name. Same Here, in this section include important information about his father.
Name of the child. For each child, a separate tab, and make similar information to mom and dad.
And so on.

That's it! Your Family Command Center is done. You can leave the binder as it is or creative and decorate it anyway you see fit. (I will be posting a picture of my binder in the next few days, so you can see how easy it is.)

Well, here's the fun part. Once a week, bring your family together and take all the upcoming activities for the week (or month) on the master calendar and place it in front of the binder. The calendar should include all family activities and any conflicts that may occur. This is your chance to solve problems before they happen. There are you a good idea of how full your schedule is so you can determine whether you need to shorten. I suggest thatYou keep it in a place that is easily accessible by anyone in your family. I consider myself in the kitchen.

If you keep your binder on a weekly basis, I guarantee that you will reduce your stress, so you can enjoy your life.
