Author and economist Dambisa Moyo drew a crowd of more than 400 UW students on 13 November for her lecture, "Dead Help: Why help does not work and how it's a better way for Africa." The 2009 Stanley Knowles Humanitarian Service presentation was given by the University of St. Paul's College, supported in collaboration with the Faculty of Environment, the Center for International Governance Innovation (CIGI) and the Balsillie School of International Affairs.
